Mitsudata Club - Account deletion

Mitsudata Club is a members-only app used by karate/martial-arts clubs to manage their own members. Member accounts are created and managed by your club's administrator - not by self-registration inside the app - so account deletion works the same way: through your club, not through a self-service button in the app.

How to request deletion of your account and data

  1. Contact the administrator of your club (the person or office that gave you your login/activation e-mail) and ask them to delete your membership account.
  2. Your club's administrator can permanently delete your MemberAccount and personal data from the Mitsudata system, including: your name, contact details, date of birth, national ID number (if provided), address, photo, attendance history, payment history, and any club-specific data (rank, exam progress, orders).
  3. If you no longer know how to reach your club's administrator, or your club is no longer active, write to TODO-RADEK-SUPPORT-EMAIL and we will help route your request or, where legally required, action it directly.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. accounting records for issued payments).

Mitsudata Club - Smazani uctu

Mitsudata Club je aplikace pro cleny karate/bojovych klubu, ktere v ni spravuji sve cleny. Clensky ucet zaklada a spravuje administrator tveho klubu - ne samoobslužna registrace v aplikaci - a stejnym zpusobem funguje i smazani: pres klub, ne pres tlacitko v aplikaci.

Jak pozadat o smazani uctu a udaju

  1. Kontaktuj administratora sveho klubu (osobu/kancelar, ktera ti poslala aktivacni e-mail) a pozadej o smazani sveho clenskeho uctu.
  2. Administrator klubu muze trvale smazat tvuj clensky ucet a osobni udaje ze systemu Mitsudata, vcetne: jmena, kontaktu, data narozeni, rodneho cisla (pokud bylo vyplneno), adresy, fotky, historie dochazky, historie plateb a klubovych udaju (stupen, priprava na zkousku, objednavky).
  3. Pokud uz nevis, jak administratora klubu kontaktovat, nebo tvuj klub jiz neni aktivni, napis na TODO-RADEK-SUPPORT-EMAIL a pomuzeme zadost predat, pripadne ji tam, kde to zakon vyzaduje, vyridime primo.

Zadosti o smazani jsou obvykle vyrizeny do 30 dnu. Nektere udaje mohou byt uchovany po omezenou dobu, pokud to vyzaduje zakon (napr. ucetni doklady k uhrazenym platbam).
